Tender Mercies = These are the events in our lives that my seem small or often go unnoticed but are given to us from God to show us he is aware of us and blessings us. Sometimes it requires some effort to notice these mercies but when we do our gratitude increases and our ability to endure our trials strengthens.
So I will make a list of the daily mercies God has bless us with during Alison's healing process:
Yesterday, Ali and I went for a walk around the hospital when we returned The nurse said, "Alison your doing great" my wife said, "I am?". My wife's humilty in her struggle to stay strong and healthy is a tender mercy to me. She gives me the strength to be better everyday.
ReplyDeleteI love the fact Alison and I laughed daily. We have so many reasons to be sad, frustrated and dishearten. Instead we choose to to move forward despite our trials. We fell uplifted by the Lord and see this daily laughter as a tender mercy.
